Our Story
Founded on the Belief that Youth Hold the Key to Africa's Agribusiness Future.
Founded in 2025 by retired Major General Phillip Kameru, the Kameru Leadership Foundation (KLF) is a registered Kenyan non-profit committed to growing youth-led impact in agribusiness across East Africa.
KLF identifies and equips young leaders with the mindset, skills, and networks to innovate, build enterprises, and close leadership gaps across the agribusiness value chain.
