YALA Programme

One month. Twenty leaders. Transformative agribusiness outcomes.

Youth Agribusiness Leadership Accelerator

YALA

A leadership lab for youth (18-35) running active agribusiness enterprises. One month. Twenty leaders. Transformative results.

The Future of Agribusiness Needs Leaders.

Not just farmers. Not just entrepreneurs. Leaders.

Kenya's agribusiness constraints are not fuelled by lack of land, labour or markets but insufficient leadership capacity. Leadership is tested where standards are high, compliance is non-negotiable, markets are competitive, and reputation determines growth.

How YALA Works.

From selection to alumni mentorship, YALA is built to develop leadership depth, commercial clarity, and market readiness in one intensive cycle.

01. Apply and Shortlist

Youth aged 18-35 running active agribusiness enterprises with passion, growth ambition, and commitment should apply, and women and marginalised youth are strongly encouraged.
